Largest single-site solar park in the world, Dubai, UAE
A vibrant mixed-use development project in the heart of Downtown Yangon with a large retail shopping center, office towers, hotel, and luxury apartments constructed by World's N0.3 Construction Company.
The project wraps around the historic headquarters of the Burma Railway Company, which is being transformed into a magnificent hotel as part of the Peninsula Chain.
As a Site Engineer
Set objectives, in collaboration with Senior Supervisory staff, on technical, cost control, and manpower issues.
Clearly define the execution, schedule, technical options, drafting of documents, etc.
Take part in checking the progress schedule and establish management procedures for risk/opportunities.
Consult and designate suppliers, manage sub‐contractors, and set up monitoring procedures.
Is responsible for client, and technical testing, applying quality and safety procedures to the works.
Contribute to the Sustainable Development policy and raise awareness of it in staff.

comprising 16 blocks of 7/10/11/14 storeys (total-1887 units) residential buildings, carpark, commercial and communal facilities and precinct pavilion with precast system.
As a Production cum QC Engineer
Responsible for assuring the quality of precast production from the factory and coordinating with the Singapore site.
Preparation and maintenance of quality control reports and records.
Conducting quality control inspection(Pre-pour, Post-pour, Pre-delivery) of the precast units including molds, and rebars coordinating with RTO, HDB Consultant, and RE audit.
Day-to-day management of the site including supervision and monitoring of the manpower, materials, and work of any subcontractor.
Prepare the method of statements (MOS) for all the rectifications to the PE, RTO, and RE approval to close NCR.
4- DEWA Phase VI - 1,800MW AC PV Independent Solar Power Project, Dubai, UAE
The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park, which DEWA is implementing, is the largest single-site solar park in the world, using the Independent Power Producer (IPP) model. It will have a production capacity of more than 5,000MW by 2030 with a total investment of AED 50 billion to provide 100% of its energy production capacity from clean energy sources by 2050.
As a QA/QC Engineer
Accountable as a main contractor representative for the quality of every activity relating to precast elements of the Solar Power Project.
Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
Develop and determine all standards for performing inspections and tests on all procedures; oversee all testing methods; and collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements.
Develop a method statement for the activity, including risk assessment, job safety environmental analysis, and Inspection.
5- Prestige Twins Tower Project, Dubai, UAE

An apartment complex offering 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom units, and penthouses. Supporting facilities include a swimming pool, fitness club, children's playground, game room, and outdoor cinema.
Adopting a frame-core tube structure with prestressed floor slabs, the project covers a total land area of 4,800 square meters and includes two identical high-rise buildings. Each building has 1 basement floor and 14 above-ground floors, with 12 floors of apartments and 2 floors of podiums, a total construction area of 34,015 square meters and budget around AED 150 million.
As a QA/QC Engineer
Developing, implementing, and managing project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures, manuals, and plans.
Reviewing and approving technical documentation, material submittals, shop drawings, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and method statements.
Conducting day-to-day site inspections with consultants to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Liaising with the laboratory team to verify materials and test results meet project standards.
Managing NCRs, SORs, leading investigations into deviations, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
